ORDER PACKAGING NOTICE

We are a small grassroots organization and therefore, orders are only packaged once a week (please allow up to 7 days for processing your order, in addition to the shipping timeline selected at checkout). Please ensure you monitor your tracking information closely. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Review your shopping cart and check out.
You will be prompted to select your desired shipping rate before entering payment information.
Please allow up to 7 days for processing your order. Once your order has been processed, it will ship with the shipping timeline you selected at checkout. This shipping timeline does not include our 7 days processing time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you do not absolutely love your new Shambhala merchandise, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price, or exchange your item(s), according to the following guidelines:

Eligible Returns/Exchanges:
We will gladly refund or exchange all unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags still attached within 30 days of delivery.
Swimwear and Intimate Items:
For hygiene reasons, these items must be in their original condition with hygiene stickers still attached and tags (if applicable) within 30 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns on these items if the hygiene standards are not met.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please ensure that returns or exchanges are sent via tracked mail, as we are not responsible for lost packages that are not tracked. Kindly include the original packing slip invoice inside the return package.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging an item for a different size or product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs one-way. Shipping charges may apply for any returned or reshipped items.
