HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUT-OFF DATES
Let's ensure we can get your holiday gift to you on time! The below dates allow us time to process and send out your order:
- Regular Parcel National - 8th of December
- Regular Parcel Regional - 15th of December
- Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, Priority National & Regional - 19th of December
- Tracked Parcel, Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost - 10th of December
- Priority - 18th of December
ORDER PACKAGING NOTICE
We are a small grassroots organization and therefore, orders are only packaged once a week. Expect there to be shipping interruptions with Canada Post due to COVID-19, and please ensure you monitor your tracking information closely. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

- Review your shopping cart and check out.
- You will be prompted to select your desired shipping rate before entering payment information.
- Please allow up to 7 days for processing your order. Once your order has been processed, it will ship with the shipping timeline you selected at checkout. This shipping timeline does not include our 7 days processing time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Currently we ship to the following countries:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you do not absolutely love your new Shambhala merchandise, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price or exchange your item(s).
We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn merchandise with the original tags still attached within 30 days of delivery.
Please ensure that all returns or exchanges be sent back to us via tracked mail. Shambhala is not responsible for packages not received if sent without tracking. Please include the original packing slip invoice.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit card as the original purchase. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
Shipping charges may apply for any returned or reshipped item(s). If you are exchanging an item for a different size or product shipping charges will be applied one-way.
