Important Update for Our U.S. Customers

Farmily,

Due to the U.S. government’s recent suspension of the De Minimis exemption, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to the United States.

What does this mean?
The De Minimis exemption was a long-standing trade policy that allowed small shipments like ours to enter the U.S. duty-free with basic customs paperwork. It kept cross-border shipping affordable and relatively simple for small eCommerce businesses like ours — and helped keep costs down for you too.

With the exemption now suspended, all international shipments face higher costs and more complex requirements. Rather than risk you being hit with unexpected duties, taxes, or delays at the border, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause U.S. shipments until we can find a cost-effective solution.

We know this is disappointing — it’s a blow for us too. Please know we are actively exploring solutions that will allow us to resume U.S. shipping as soon as possible (early September), while doing our best to keep costs fair for everyone.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support while we navigate this sudden change. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

With gratitude,

Shambhala HQ
