Heads-Up: Potential Canada Post Disruption

Dear Shambhala Farmily,

We want to give you a heads-up that a Canada Post strike may be on the horizon, and we're preparing just in case there are disruptions to shipping.

To help keep things moving smoothly, we’ll be offering UPS as an alternative shipping option at checkout. UPS rates are typically higher than Canada Post, but you’ll be able to review and select the option that works best for you when placing your order.

If Canada Post service is interrupted and you’ve already placed an order which has not yet been shipped, we’ll reach out with updated options. We’ll do our best to cover the extra cost of switching carriers whenever possible. If the difference is too significant, we’ll contact you with choices:

• • Pay the difference to ship via another carrier,

  • Wait until Canada Post resumes service, or

  • Receive a full refund

As a small, independent team, we're unable to absorb significantly higher shipping costs across the board — but we’re doing our best to offer flexible, fair solutions and keep your experience as smooth as possible.

Even if we switch carriers, please note that delays are still possible due to increased demand across the board.
